¹Full registrant is an attendee who is not a student.  Post-Doctoral Fellows are considered full registrants.

Short courses:  Registration for a short course may be made during the registration process.  For more details on the short courses, click here.

Types of payment: You are strongly encouraged to pay by credit card.  However, you may also pay by wire transfer until April 30, 2018.  To pay by wire transfer, select “Offline Payment” in the billing section of the registration. A $50 wire transfer fee will be added to your total.  You will then be instructed to write to usnctam2018@northwestern.edu.

Refunds: It is hoped that there will not be a need to cancel; however, if so, refunds will be given until April 30, 2018 with the following conditions: 1) request is made in writing (email) by April 30 and 2) an $100 cancellation fee will be applied.

Banquet Ticket: Your registration includes access to all technical sessions, opening reception, program, and the mobile app.  If you wish to attend the banquet, you will need to purchase a banquet ticket for $20.  Guest tickets (for those not registered) may be purchased online only for $125.  Banquet tickets must be purchased by May 4, 2018. There will be no sales of banquet tickets on site.
