On 10 November 2025, the BICTAM Master Lecture on Mechanics featured Professor Roberto Benzi, member of Academia Europaea and Emeritus Professor at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, who delivered a hybrid lecture titled "The Physics of Noise" to over 4,500 online attendees. CSTAM President Professor He Guowei presided over the lecture.

Professor He warmly welcomed the audience and highlighted the BICTAM lecture series' role in fostering international exchange in mechanics. The lecture explored how small-scale noise can trigger large-scale phenomena, with examples ranging from stochastic resonance in climate science to magnetic particles

in turbulence. An engaged Q&A followed, and Professor He presented an honorary certificate to Professor Benzi.
