The IUTAM Symposium on Multiphysics Analysis of Wave Propagation in Electronic Device Structures was successfully held in Ningbo from May 17 to 19, 2025. The symposium was jointly organized by the International Union of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (IUTAM), School of Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics of Ningbo University, and Zhejiang-Italy Joint Laboratory for Smart Materials and Advanced Structures, and sponsored by the Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (CSTAM), Beijing International Center for Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (BICTAM), and Acta Mechanica Sinica (AMS). It attracted over 70 experts from 7 countries, including 11 international scholars.

Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on the multiphysics modeling and analysis of wave propagation in advanced electronic device structures, promoting international academic exchange and interdisciplinary research in the field.
